Meet Jan Levine
Event planner, meeting planner, designer, consultant, collaborator, leader, mentor – Jan Levine is known for infusing her energy, charisma and creative vision into every project she manages or collaborates on with her clients. Whether she is customizing an elaborate theme for a client’s meeting/event or coordinating a dozen international vendors for an annual corporate meeting, to planning an exclusive private dinner party for clients, she takes great personal and professional pride in her hands-on work, leaving no detail unturned.
Jan has more than 30 years of collective experience in the meeting, travel and event production industries that continuously changes and challenges her. She began her career as a travel agent in NC, which took her to Atlanta, GA. Much of her work was focused on corporate, group, association and incentive travel. After gleaning best practices from her travel agent experience and working with a meeting and incentive company, she had a vision to offer the same services to smaller companies for their meetings and events that the fortune 500’s enjoyed. This vision, combined with a passion to create her own company to service this audience, she launched JSL Meeting & Event Group to bridge her love of meeting planning, travel and designing special events. In the past 10 years she expanded to offer DMC services in specific markets partnering with local CVBs and other entities.
